Prepare the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Combine Ingredients
Add the pulled chicken, cooked macaroni, and truffle oil to the skillet. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce. Mix in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.

Bake the Dish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with toasted bread crumbs and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
