Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into even-sized chunks. Place them in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausages

While the potatoes are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

  3. 3

    Make the Mashed Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Gravy

In the same skillet used for the sausages, add the chopped onion and cook until softened. Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir to combine. Gradually add the beef stock while stirring until thickened. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate a generous serving of mashed potatoes, top with sausages, and drizzle with gravy.
