For Red Sangria

Prepare the Fruits
Wash and slice the fresh oranges, lemons, and limes into thin rounds. Remove any seeds and set aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, orange juice, and brandy. Stir well to blend.

Add Fruits and Berries
Add the sliced fruits and fresh berries into the pitcher. Gently stir to mix the fruits with the liquid.

Chill the Sangria
Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.

Serve
Before serving, add the sparkling water and a cinnamon stick. Stir gently and serve over ice.
For White Sangria

Wash and slice the fresh peaches and green apple into thin wedges. Remove any seeds and set aside.

In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, and peach schnapps. Stir well to blend.

Add Fruits and Mint
Add the sliced peaches, green apple, and fresh mint leaves into the pitcher. Gently stir to mix the fruits with the liquid.

Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
