Preparation of Salad Base

Wash and Prepare Greens
Rinse the mixed salad greens under cold water and dry them thoroughly using a salad spinner or paper towels. Place the greens in a large salad bowl.

Slice Cucumber
Peel the cucumber if desired, then slice it thinly. Add the cucumber slices to the salad bowl.

Add Cherry Tomatoes
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Add them to the salad bowl with the greens and cucumber.

Slice Red Onion
Peel the red onion and slice it thinly. Add the red onion slices to the salad bowl.
Preparation of Seasonal Fruits

Prepare Mango
Peel the mango and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Set aside.

Cut Pineapple
If using a whole pineapple, peel and core it, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. If using canned pineapple, drain it and set aside.

Slice Strawberries
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them. Add them to the bowl with the salad base.

Slice Kiwi
Peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds. Add the kiwi slices to the salad bowl.

Mix the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembly

Combine Salad and Fruits
Gently toss the salad base and seasonal fruits together in the large salad bowl.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
