Method

Chouriço Assado

    Prepare the chouriço

    Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

    Cook the chouriço

    Place the chouriço sausage on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned.

    Garnish and serve

    Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top and serve hot with bread.

Polvo Ao Alho

    Cook the octopus

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the octopus and simmer for 40-50 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool, then cut into pieces.

    Sauté the garlic

    In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

    Combine and season

    Add the octopus pieces to the pan, sprinkle with paprika and salt. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Camarão Ao Alho

    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

    Add shrimp to the skillet, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and cook for 5-7 minutes until pink and cooked through.

    Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.

Batata Brava

    Prepare the potatoes

    Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss the cubed potatoes in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

    Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
