Method

For the Stuffed Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, chopped green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Stuff the Salmon

Take the salmon fillets and make a slit in the middle of each fillet to create a pocket. Stuff each fillet with the crab mixture, ensuring they are filled adequately.

  3. 3

    Cook the Salmon

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.

For the Mashed Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into uniform pieces. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 5

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

For the Vegetables

  1. 6

    Cook the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
