Preparing the Fish Fillets

Sauté the Fish
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper. Add the fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.

Add Garlic and Parsley
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Return the fish fillets to the skillet, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and keep warm.
Making the Clam Sauce

Cook the Clams
In a separate pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cleaned clams and white wine. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the clams open up. Discard any clams that do not open.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the clam sauce over the sautéed fish fillets.
