Prepare the Steaks
Take the Filet Mignon steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Rub the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary.

Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center to expose the meat.

Crispy Spanish Potatoes

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.

Season the Potatoes
In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
