Marinate the Short Ribs
Place the short ribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all ribs are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into fries of equal size.

In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and paprika. Spread them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through until crispy.

Wash the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
