Preparing the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, baking powder, and vegetable oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Combine Ingredients
Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until combined.

Simmer the Sauce
Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove from heat.
Coating the Wings
