Prepare the Cod
Soak the salted cod in water for 24 hours, changing the water several times to remove excess salt. After soaking, drain and pat dry.

Cook the Shrimp
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add Cream
Pour the heavy cream evenly over the layered ingredients.
Baking

Top with Cheese
Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top of the dish.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the dish for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
