Add Bell Pepper and Tomatoes
Add the chopped bell pepper and tomatoes to the pot, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until softened.

Add Rice
Stir in the Arborio rice and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to absorb the flavors.

Deglaze with Wine
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until the wine has mostly evaporated.

Pour in Fish Stock
Slowly add the fish stock to the pot, stirring gently. Bring to a simmer.

Add Seafood
Once the rice is halfway cooked (about 10 minutes), add the lobster, clams, mussels, shrimp, and scallops. Stir to combine.

Season
Add salt, black pepper, and paprika, and stir well. Cover the pot and let it cook for an additional 10 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and the rice is tender.

Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove from heat. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
