Method

Preparation of Angus Prime Rib

  1. 1

    Season the Prime Rib

Rub the Angus Prime Rib with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Ensure the meat is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Cooking the Prime Rib

  1. 3

    Grill the Prime Rib

Place the seasoned prime rib on the grill and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for a nice crust. After searing, lower the heat to medium and continue grilling for about 15-20 minutes per pound for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  2. 4

    Rest the Meat

Remove the prime rib from the grill and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.

Preparation of Roasted Potatoes

  1. 5

    Toss the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the baby potatoes in half and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  2. 6

    Roast the Potatoes

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through.

  3. 7

    Garnish the Potatoes

Once done, remove the potatoes from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 8

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 9

    Grill the Vegetables

Toss the vegetables in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place them on the grill alongside the prime rib and grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
