Make the Mascarpone Mixture
- 2
Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip 240 ml of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Combine Mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated, being careful not to deflate the cream.

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layering
In a rectangular or square dish, arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
