Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground veal, ground pork, bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Mix Ingredients
Using your hands or a spoon, mix the ingredients until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Form Meatballs
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Meatballs
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
