Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Apply Dry Rub

In a bowl, mix together the dry rub seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Rub this mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.

  3. 3

    Prepare for Baking

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Wrap the ribs tightly with another piece of foil to create a sealed packet.

  4. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until they are tender.

  5. 5

    Glaze with Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and take off the top layer of foil. Brush the ribs generously with barbecue sauce mixed with honey and apple cider vinegar.

  6. 6

    Final Broil

Turn on the broiler and place the ribs under it for about 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.

  7. 7

    Serve

Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
