1. Preparation

Begin by marinating the meats to enhance their flavor. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

2. Marinate

Add the chicken, pork, beef, and sausages to the marinade. Make sure each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

3. Preheat Grill
