For the Grilled Salmon

Method

For the Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Season the Salmon

Drizzle the salmon fillets with olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice on both sides.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from grill and let it rest.

For the Herb Aioli

  1. 4

    Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped parsley, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 5

    Blend the Aioli

Stir the mixture until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste, then set aside.

For the Wrap Assembly

  1. 6

    Prepare the Wraps

Lay the whole wheat wraps flat on a clean surface.

  2. 7

    Add the Ingredients

Spread a generous amount of the herb aioli on each wrap. Top with arugula, sliced red onion, chopped oven-dried tomatoes, and grilled salmon.

  3. 8

    Wrap and Serve

Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll tightly from the bottom to the top. Cut in half and serve immediately.
