Garlic, Rosemary and Orange Glaze
Method
Preparation of Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Making the Glaze
- 3
Combine Ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix together minced garlic, chopped rosemary, orange juice, orange zest, honey, olive oil, and soy sauce. Whisk until well combined.
- 4
Marinate the Wings
Pour half of the glaze over the seasoned chicken wings and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.
Roasting the Wings
- 5
Arrange the Wings
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place the marinated wings on the sheet in a single layer.
- 6
Bake
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 7
Glaze Again
In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the remaining glaze over the wings for an added flavor boost.
- 8
Serve
Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious oven-roasted wings!
