Prepare the Chicken
Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Breading the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure an even coating.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken breasts and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let drain on paper towels.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Place the fried chicken breasts on the bottom half of the baguette.

Spoon tomato sauce generously over the chicken. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the sauce.

Place the sandwich on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
