Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Squash
Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. You can peel the squash if you prefer, but it’s not necessary.

Mince the garlic cloves and chop the fresh sage leaves finely.
