Method
Ravioli Preparation
- 1
Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Create a well in the center and crack in the eggs. Using a fork, beat the eggs slowly, incorporating the flour until a dough forms.
- 2
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 3
Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- 4
Roll Out the Dough
After resting, divide the dough into quarters. Roll out each quarter into thin sheets using a pasta machine or rolling pin, dusting with flour as needed.
- 5
Form the Ravioli
Place small spoonfuls of filling onto one sheet of rolled dough, about 1 inch apart. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the dough over to cover the filling. Press to seal and cut into squares.
Marinara Sauce Preparation
- 6
- 7
Cook Tomatoes
Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir to combine and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- 8
Add Basil
Remove from heat and stir in chopped fresh basil. Set aside.
Alfredo Sauce Preparation
- 9
- 10
Add Cream
Pour in heavy cream and stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 11
Add Cheese and Seasoning
Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together pesto sauce, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and well combined.
Cooking Ravioli
- 13

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 14
Cook Ravioli
