Prepare the Mozzarella
Cut the fresh mozzarella cheese into 1-inch thick slices.

Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Bread the Cheese
Coat each slice of mozzarella first in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally cover it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

Fry the Mozzarella
Carefully add the breaded mozzarella slices to the hot oil, frying them for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Do not overcrowd the pan.

Drain and Serve
Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried mozzarella from the oil and let them drain on paper towels. Serve hot with marinara sauce or a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
