Slice the Bread
Take the ciabatta bread and slice it in half horizontally to create a top and bottom.

Prepare the Mozzarella
Slice the fresh mozzarella ball into even slices, about 1/4 inch thick.

Slice the Tomato
Wash the tomato, and slice it into thin rounds.
Assemble the Panini

Layer Ingredients
On the bottom half of the ciabatta, layer the prosciutto slices, followed by mozzarella slices, roasted red peppers, tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves.

Drizzle Olive Oil
Drizzle basil olive oil over the layered ingredients to enhance flavor. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Top with Bread
Place the top half of the ciabatta on the sandwich to complete the assembly.
Grilling

Preheat Panini Press
Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.

Grill the Panini
Place the assembled panini on the grill and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the mozzarella has melted.

Remove the panini from the grill, cut in half if desired, and serve warm.
