Preparation of Chicken

Marinate Chicken
In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking Fettuccine

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Use about 1 tablespoon of salt for every 4 quarts of water.

Cook Pasta
Once the water is boiling, add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions, typically about 10-12 minutes, until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Making Alfredo Sauce

Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Add a pinch of nutmeg for flavor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve

Mix Pasta and Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated.

Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the fettuccine Alfredo. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
