Crab Cakes & Eggs

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crab Cakes

In a large bowl, combine the premium crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and one egg. Gently fold in the bread crumbs until well mixed. Form the mixture into patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Crab Cakes

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In another bowl, whisk together the two eggs and milk, and season with salt and pepper. Pour into a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Stir gently until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Breakfast Potatoes

Cook the breakfast potatoes in a separate pot according to package instructions or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Toast the Texas Toast

Toast the slices of Texas toast in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve

On a plate, arrange the crab cakes, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and toasted Texas toast. Enjoy your meal!
