Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, Phillips seafood seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the Chicken
Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil and fry for about 5-7 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Toss in Hot Sauce
Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken with hot sauce until evenly coated.

Serve the Crabby Boneless Hot Wings with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side.
