Prepare the Crab Cake Mixture
In a large bowl, gently combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Form the Crab Cakes
Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.

Cook the Crab Cakes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the crab cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Assemble the Sliders
Place a crab cake on each slider bun, add a lettuce leaf and tomato slice, and close the bun.

Serve
Serve the crab cake sliders with a side of chips and a drink.
