Crab Cake Bites Ingredients
Method
Directions
- 1
Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, gently combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onion, bread crumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper until just mixed. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- 2
Form the Bites
Using your hands, form the crab mixture into small bite-sized patties, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- 3
Fry the Bites
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the crab cake bites in batches, cooking them for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Serve
Serve warm with tartar sauce on the side for dipping.
