Preparation

1

Prepare the Wings

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). If using bone-in wings, ensure they are thawed and pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking

3

Cook the Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

4

Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley, mixing until well combined.

5

Make Huckleberry BBQ Sauce

In a medium bowl, mix together huckleberry jam, BBQ sauce, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

6

Make Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine hot sauce, butter, and garlic powder. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well mixed.

7

Make Nashville Hot Sauce

In a bowl, mix cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and oil until it forms a paste.

8

Make Stingin' Honey Garlic Sauce

In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic, stirring until well combined.

9

Make Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

In a bowl, mix sweet Thai chili sauce with rice vinegar until well blended.

10

Make KettleHouse Dry Rub

In a bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Coating and Serving

11

Coat the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, toss them in your desired sauce until fully coated. For the dry rub, sprinkle it over the wings and toss to coat.

12

Serve

Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauces or sides.
