Preparation of Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the 4 black tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.

Sweeten (Optional)
If you prefer sweet tea, add 1 cup of sugar while the tea is still warm and stir until fully dissolved. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
Flavoring and Serving

Prepare Flavorings
While the tea is cooling, prepare your flavorings. For raspberry iced tea, mash 1 cup of fresh raspberries in a bowl. For strawberry iced tea, slice 1 cup of fresh strawberries. For mango iced tea, blend 1 cup of fresh mango until smooth to make puree.

Combine and Chill
In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea with the prepared raspberries, strawberries, or mango puree. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
