Juicing the Grapefruit
Start by selecting a ripe grapefruit. Cut it in half and use a juicer or reamer to extract the juice. Strain if necessary to remove seeds and pulp.

Chill the Glass
Take a cocktail glass and fill it with ice water to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Mixing the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Snowcrest vodka and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Serving
Empty the ice water from the cocktail glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish
Add a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass for garnish.
