Preparation
- 1
Make Lavender Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and granulated sugar (e.g., 1 cup each). Add 2 tablespoons of dried lavender buds. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Once dissolved, reduce heat and let it steep for about 15 minutes. Strain the syrup to remove lavender buds and allow it to cool before using.

Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
Cut a fresh lemon in half and use a juicer or reamer to extract 1 oz of fresh lemon juice. Strain it to remove any seeds or pulp.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour 2 oz of Montana Abbey gin, 1 oz of lavender simple syrup, and 1 oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice.
- 4
Shake and Strain
Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- 5
Top with Soda Water
Pour 3 oz of soda water over the strained mixture in the glass. Stir gently to combine.
