Prepare the Cake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Beat Eggs and Sugar
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar together until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Add the vanilla extract and the flour mixture to the egg mixture, mixing until just combined.

Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Soak the Cake
After the cake has cooled for about 10 minutes, poke holes in it with a fork. Pour the milk mixture evenly over the cake and allow it to soak for at least 2 hours (or overnight in the refrigerator).
Coffee Mascarpone Cream

Mix Mascarpone
In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.

Add Heavy Cream
Gradually add the heavy cream while continuing to beat until soft peaks form.

Sweeten the Cream
Add the powdered sugar, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract, beating until well incorporated and stiff peaks form.
Assembly and Serving

Layer the Ingredients
In each chocolate mug, place a layer of ladyfingers, followed by a layer of soaked tres leches cake, and then a layer of coffee mascarpone cream.

Repeat Layers
Repeat the layers until the mugs are filled, finishing with a layer of coffee mascarpone cream on top.

Garnish
Dust the top with cocoa powder and sprinkle chocolate shavings as a garnish.

Chill the dessert for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
