Prepare the Gelato or Sorbetto
Scoop the seasonal gelato or sorbetto into serving bowls.

Add Amaro Vecchio del Capo
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of Amaro Vecchio del Capo over each bowl of gelato or sorbetto.

Prepare Malted Mascarpone
In a bowl, mix the malted mascarpone with a little bit of sugar (optional) to taste. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add Malted Mascarpone
Spoon a generous dollop of the malted mascarpone on top of the gelato or sorbetto.

Serve with Coffee
Pour the freshly brewed coffee into small cups and serve alongside the bowls.

Garnish
Sprinkle a teaspoon of cocoa powder and a tablespoon of dark chocolate shavings on top of each serving for added flavor and presentation.
