Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Ground Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the beef is browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Rice

In a separate pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the arborio rice and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.

  3. 3

    Add Vegetables

Once the beef is cooked, stir in the diced carrots, frozen peas, and frozen corn. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are heated through.

  4. 4

    Combine Beef and Rice

Once the rice is finished cooking, fluff it with a fork and then add it to the skillet with the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. This dish can be served warm or at room temperature as a starter for your paw-ty!
