Method

Preparation of Gremolata

  1. 1

    Make the Gremolata

In a mixing bowl, combine the pomegranate seeds, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients evenly.

Toasting Bread

  1. 2

    Toast the Sourdough

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the sourdough slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, you can toast them in a toaster.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Assemble the Dish

Once the sourdough toast is ready, place the toasted slices on a serving plate. Gently tear the burrata cheese and place it on top of the toast. Spoon the pomegranate gremolata generously over the burrata. Finally, sprinkle fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
