Preparation of Gremolata

Make the Gremolata
In a mixing bowl, combine the pomegranate seeds, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients evenly.

Toast the Sourdough
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the sourdough slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, you can toast them in a toaster.

Assemble the Dish
Once the sourdough toast is ready, place the toasted slices on a serving plate. Gently tear the burrata cheese and place it on top of the toast. Spoon the pomegranate gremolata generously over the burrata. Finally, sprinkle fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
