Grate the cucumber using a box grater or food processor. If you prefer a smoother dip, you can also peel the cucumber before grating.

Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth, gather the edges, and squeeze out excess moisture. This will prevent the dip from becoming watery.

Prepare the Garlic
Mince the garlic cloves finely or use a garlic press to crush them.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Transfer the labneh dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, and top with chopped fresh dill or mint for garnish.
