Prepare Meat Mixture

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped onion, olive oil, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.

Marinate
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the meat mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
Cook Rice

Rinse Rice
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.

In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
Prepare Salad

Mix Salad Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to mix everything well.

Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Once cooked, remove from heat and let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.

Serve the sliced meat mixture on a plate alongside the cooked rice and the prepared salad.
