Crostini Preparation

    Prepare the Crostini

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Brush the baguette slices with olive oil on both sides and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Goat Cheese Spread Preparation

    Make the Goat Cheese Spread

    In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with olive oil, chopped chives, and cracked black pepper until smooth. Set aside.

Salmon Tartare Preparation

    Prepare the Salmon Tartare

    Finely dice the fresh salmon fillet and place it in a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice, red onion, capers, dill, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until well combined.

Assembly

    Assemble the Dish

    Spread a layer of the goat cheese mixture onto each crostini. Top with a generous spoonful of the salmon tartare and finish with a dollop of Kaluga caviar. Serve immediately.
