Method

Cheesecake Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a springform pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add heavy cream, vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Mix until fully combined.

  3. 3

    Bake the Cheesecake

Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is browned and the center is slightly jiggly.

  4. 4

    Cool Down

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for about 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare Sauce of Choice

Choose your preferred sauce and prepare it according to your recipe or use store-bought options. Serve alongside the cheesecake.
