Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Birds
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Clean and pat dry the turkey, duck, and chicken. Remove any giblets and excess fat.
- 2
Seasoning
In a bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the turkey, duck, and chicken, including inside the cavities.
- 3
Stuffing the Birds
Begin by stuffing the chicken with your choice of stuffing. Place the stuffed chicken inside the duck and then stuff the duck with more stuffing. Finally, place the stuffed duck inside the turkey.

- 5
Roasting
Roast in the preheated oven for about 4 to 5 hours, or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste the turducken every hour.
- 6
Resting
Once cooked, remove the turducken from the oven and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before carving to allow the juices to redistribute.
- 7
Serving
Carve the turducken and serve warm, ensuring each slice includes portions of all three birds.
