1. Prepare the Garlic Herb Butter

In a medium bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped shallots, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

2. Prepare the Escargot

If using canned escargot, rinse them under cold water. If using fresh escargot, clean and prepare them according to package instructions.

3. Fill the Shells

Place escargot into their shells or a baking dish. Generously spoon the garlic herb butter mixture over the escargot, ensuring they are well-coated.

4. Bake the Escargot

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the filled escargot shells or dish in a baking tray. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the butter is bubbling and golden.

5. Serve
