Prepare the Angel Food Cake
If not using a pre-made angel food cake, bake the cake according to package instructions or your favorite recipe. Let it cool completely before slicing.

Assemble the Ice Cream Sandwich
Slice the angel food cake into thick slices. Place a slice on a plate, top with a generous scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, and then place another slice of angel food cake on top.

Add the Warm Fudge
Drizzle the warm fudge sauce generously over the assembled ice cream sandwich. Serve immediately.
