In a cocktail shaker, combine the caramel vodka, apple liqueur, and butterscotch schnapps. Add ice to the shaker.

Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Drizzle caramel sauce inside a chilled martini glass.
