Buffalo Style Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
- 3
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove the wings and drain them on paper towels.
- 4
Toss in Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fried wings with the mild buffalo sauce. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 5
Serve
Plate the buffalo wings and serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
