Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Fill each half with Boursin cheese.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the peppered bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of Canadian bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

In the same skillet, take the cheddar cheese and cut it into thick slices. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

On a serving platter, place the jalapeño bombs. Top with fried cheddar cheese, drizzle with habanero sauce, and sprinkle crispy fried jalapeños on top.
