Fries

Method

Fries Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake for the recommended time until golden and crispy.

  2. 2

    Fry Option

Alternatively, heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot until it reaches 175°C (350°F). Carefully add the frozen fries and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Layer the Ingredients

Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven or fryer and place them on a large serving platter or a baking dish. Begin layering by sprinkling half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the fries.

  2. 4

    Add the Chicken

Distribute the shredded BBQ chicken evenly over the cheese-covered fries.

  3. 5

    Top with More Cheese

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the chicken layer.

  4. 6

    Add Jalapeños

Top the nachos with sliced jalapeños for added flavor and spice.

  5. 7

    Drizzle BBQ Sauce

Drizzle the BBQ sauce generously across the top of the nachos.

Serving

  1. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Finish with dollops of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped green onions. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
