Ribs

    Prepare the Ribs

    Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C).

    Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.

    Rub the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    Place the ribs in the grill or oven and cook for 2-3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes.

    Once tender, remove the ribs and let them rest before slicing.

Yardbird

    Prepare the Chicken

    Preheat your grill to medium heat.

    Rub the whole chicken with olive oil, then season with paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 1-1.5 hours, turning every 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

    Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Pulled Pork

    Cook the Pulled Pork

    Preheat your slow cooker or smoker to 225°F (107°C).

    Rub the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    Place the pork in the slow cooker or smoker and cook for 8-10 hours until tender.

    Once done, shred the pork with two forks and mix with BBQ sauce.

Sausage

    Prepare the Sausage

    Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.

    Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.

    Grill or cook the sausage for about 5-7 minutes until heated through and slightly charred.
