Nachos

Prepare the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). On a large baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips in an even layer. Drizzle half of the BBQ sauce over the chips and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- 2
Bake the Nachos
Bake the nachos in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add Remaining BBQ Sauce
Remove the nachos from the oven and drizzle the remaining BBQ sauce over the top before serving.
Coleslaw

Combine Coleslaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and shredded carrots.
- 5
Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 6
Mix Coleslaw
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss until everything is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
